POG offers stage micrometers made from CERAN® and ROBAX® glass ceramics.
CERAN® and ROBAX® feature, like ZERODUR®, a high mechanical stability and a thermal expansion of virtually zero.
The engraved serial number and the optional available official DKD certification make it a perfect calibrated measurement equipment. |

Due to the high contrast of the high reflective chrome structures on the dark CERAN® background these stage micrometers are in particular suitable for applications in reflected light.
ROBAX® has virtually similar specifications but a higher transmission in the visible range and is therefore applicable for throughlight applications.
Three different versions – 1mm in 100 divisions, 2mm in 200 divisions & 70mm with 4 different divisions (see picture) especially designed for stereo microscopes are standard products available from stock.
Other microstructures – scales, calibration targets -on glass ceramics substrates in different dimensions can be designed and produced according to individual specifications.
